Totalmente instrumental, o disco também conta com o clipe “Insomnia”, faixa-título. A música neo-clássica, eletrônica, synthwave e vaporwave influenciam de formas diferentes as quatro faixas, que retratam cada estágio da falta de sono.

Each of the works of Heitor Vallim reflect his experience. In his new EP "Insomnia", he addresses the disturbance that haunts about 2 million Brazilians a year.
